Marshfield is a well-known South Shore beach town that is located about 32 miles from Boston. There is highway access on Rte.139 that runs through town, as well as a commuter rail stop in the neighboring town of Scituate. Marshfield Center is located along the water and is home to a variety of shops and restaurants. Route 139 also offers an abundance of dining and shopping options for Marshfield residents.
